Donation Refund Policy

Aarnayak Wildlife Biodiversity Conservation and Research Foundation (ARF) initiated a Donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of request for refund of donations, made through our portal erroneously. Aarnayak Wildlife Biodiversity Conservation and Research Foundation (ARF) requests all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Aarnayak Wildlife Biodiversity Conservation and Research Foundation (ARF) may also request more documents or information and donors are expected to co-operate in this regard.

Aarnayak Wildlife Biodiversity Conservation and Research Foundation (ARF) greatly values your support. However, donations once made are generally non-refundable. Aarnayak Wildlife Biodiversity Conservation and Research Foundation (ARF) is not obliged to provide a refund of donations and may, at its sole discretion, decline any such request, particularly if a tax exemption certificate (u/s 80G) has already been issued. Donations cannot be charged back, except in cases of proven fraudulent use, subject to investigation and confirmation by the concerned governmental/banking authorities. In such instances, any donation receipt issued shall stand cancelled, and any income tax benefit so derived will be rendered null and void. Further, ARF reserves the right to accept or reject any donation without assigning reasons, and in case of rejection, the full amount will be refunded to the donor.
